Caroline's Treasure Chest

A heartwarming story that helps children discover courage, confidence, and the tools to navigate life's biggest feelings.

Caroline has a wonderful imagination, but sometimes her worries feel bigger than she is. When her wise grandmother introduces her to a magical treasure chest, Caroline discovers that the greatest treasures aren't jewels at all. Inside are simple, powerful tools that help her calm her mind, face her fears, and believe in herself.

From "Breathing Magic" to "Positive Pebbles," each special treasure teaches Caroline practical ways to manage anxious thoughts, build resilience, and find peace during life's challenging moments. Along the way, she learns that courage isn't about never being afraid; it's about knowing she already has the strength within.

Written by licensed therapist and educator Vicki Gardiner, Caroline's Treasure Chest thoughtfully weaves evidence-based coping strategies into a warm, engaging story that children will relate to and families will return to again and again.
